The Pro Tac HPL USB is a versatile tactical light that supports charging from multiple sources and can utilize three types of batteries: Streamlight rechargeable lithium-ion battery, two CR123A batteries, or commercially available rechargeable Li-Ion cells. This light is capable of charging from a laptop or most USB wall chargers. Its multi-battery compatibility means that primary disposable cells can always be used to power the light when no charging source is available. Designed for use in diverse markets, it features a tail cap switch for momentary or constant operation, three user-selectable programs, and a pocket clip for added convenience. The aluminum housing with Type II Military Spec anodizing helps to make the light extremely durable. It also features TEN-TAP programming, offering a choice of three operating modes: 1) high/strobe/low; 2) high only; 3) low/medium/high. It is also multi-fuel, able to use the included lithium-ion battery, as well as two CR123A lithium batteries or Streamlight's rechargeable USB battery. The lithium-ion battery can recharge in the light in just 7 hours. Furthermore, it is constructed with durable, anodized aluminum, making it resistant to water at an IPX4 rating and tested to be impact resistant up to 2 meters.
