The Streamlight ProTac HL USB Headlamp is the latest addition to the headlamp series, offering 1000 lumens and the most advanced power LED technology available. This headlamp provides the ability to recharge the battery within the light and allows for the use of Streamlight's SL-B26 rechargeable batteries, making it easily adaptable for extended lighting use. The TEN-TAP programmable switch allows for multi-function, push-button operation, with the option for one-handed momentary or variable intensity. Users can select one of three different programs: high/medium/low (factory default), high only, or low/medium/high. With three user-selectable programs and a practical light diffuser for up-close work, the Streamlight ProTac is suitable for any task. In addition, the included red and green colored lens filters make this headlamp versatile and able to meet the needs of every user.

This high-performing headlamp is packaged with a USB cord, elastic head strap, and rubber hard hat strap, offering convenience and practicality. Its LED technology provides extreme brightness, with solid state power regulation ensuring maximum light output throughout the battery's life. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery included can be easily recharged via USB, with a USB port protected by a rubber boot to prevent damage. The headlamp also features a 90-degree tilting head to reduce neck fatigue, making it comfortable for extended use.

The outputs of this headlamp are impressive: 1000 lumens on high with a runtime of 1.5 hours, a distance of 232 meters, and an intensity of 13,500 candelas; 400 lumens on medium with a runtime of 2 hours and 45 minutes, a distance of 147 meters, and an intensity of 5,400 candelas; 65 lumens on low with a runtime of 20 hours, a distance of 60 meters, and an intensity of 900 candelas.
