The Pro Tac HPL USB is a versatile tactical light that can charge from multiple sources and use three battery types. It can be powered by a Streamlight rechargeable lithium ion battery, two CR123A batteries, or commercially available rechargeable Li Ion cells. This allows for flexibility in power options, as the light can be charged from a laptop or most USB wall chargers. The ability to use primary disposable cells when a charging source is not available adds to the light's versatility.
Designed for use in all markets, the Pro Tac HPL USB features a tail cap switch for momentary or constant on operation, three different user selectable programs, and a pocket clip for convenience. The aluminum housing with Type II Military Spec anodizing helps make the light extremely durable. The product does not come with standalone lithium batteries.
The Pro Tac HPL USB also features TEN-TAP programming, which offers a choice of three operating modes: 1) high/strobe/low; 2) high only; 3) low/medium/high. This allows users to customize the light's operation to suit their specific needs.
In addition, the light is multi-fuel, as it uses a lithium ion battery (included) and also accepts two CR123A lithium batteries or Streamlight's rechargeable USB Battery. The lithium ion battery can be recharged in the light in just 7 hours, making it convenient for extended use.
Constructed with durable, anodized aluminum, the Pro Tac HPL USB is IPX4 water-resistant and has been tested to be impact resistant up to 2 meters. This makes it a reliable and sturdy option for tactical use in various conditions.
