Streamlight 69418 TLR-8 Compact Rail-Mounted Tactical Light with Red Laser

The TLR-8G sub is an ultra-lightweight and compact weapon-mounted tactical light that comes with an integrated red laser. It utilizes the latest LED technology to deliver high-lumen operation and can run continuously for 1.5 hours using a single lithium battery. The specialized clamp system allows for mounting on various 1913 short-railed subcompact handguns such as the Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 subcompact, Beretta Px4 Storm subcompact, Springfield Armory XD-E, Springfield Armory XD-S, and Heckler & Koch HK45 compacts.

Constructed with a 6000 Series machined aircraft aluminum body and face cap with a black anodized finish, the light also features impact and chemical-resistant engineered polymer switch housing and a high temperature, shock-mounted, impact-resistant BOROFLOAT glass lens.

The TLR-8G sub comes with a 610-640nm class 3R red laser with an output that securely attaches to select 1913 short-railed models. Its integrated 640-660nm Class 3R >5w red laser, combined with a white light with 500 lumens, provides a 5,000-candela peak beam intensity and a 141-meter beam distance. The LED and LED/laser combined offer 1.5 continuous hours to the 10% output level, while the laser alone provides 11 hours of regulated output.

Featuring a custom TIR optic that produces a concentrated beam with optimum peripheral illumination, the TLR-8G sub also has optimized electronics that provide regulated intensity. Its rear switches left and right of the trigger guard are customizable, allowing for ambidextrous operation. A quick press activates constant on operation, while a press and hold triggers momentary operation. Double tapping either switch within ¼ of a second activates the strobe (if enabled).

The light operates using one 3-volt CR123A lithium battery with a storage life of 10 years and is designed with an IPX4 rating for water resistance. Its dimensions are 1.16 inches in width, 1.46 inches in height, and 2.51 inches in length, with a weight of 2.77 ounces including the battery, which is included with purchase.
