The USB HAZ-LO intrinsically safe headlamp is perfect for individuals who work in potentially hazardous environments. In addition to being USB rechargeable, this headlamp has Class I, Div. 1 safety ratings and offers three different output modes. The Spot mode provides a focused beam, the Flood mode is ideal for tasks at arm's length, and the Combo setting delivers even more light output. The headlamp has an extended runtime of 7 to 13 hours, ensuring it will last throughout your entire shift.

It comes with both an elastic head strap and a rubber hard hat strap, as well as fasteners for strapless mounting to a hard hat. The spot beam mode offers a focused 89-foot beam at 190 lumens, while the flood beam mode provides a soft 120-lumen light that won’t tire your eyes. For even more light when needed, the headlamp can be set to spot and flood combo mode, which delivers 250 lumens.

The headlamp is also designed for outdoor activities such as early morning dog walks or jogging. In addition to its long runtimes of 7-13 hours, the headlamp offers three modes: Spot/Flood combo for increased light output (250-Lumen; runs 7 hours), Spot for distance (190-Lumen; 89m beam; runs 7.5 hours), and Flood for area illumination (120-Lumen; 19m beam; runs 13 hours).

The USB HAZ-LO headlamp is Class I, Div. 1 safety rated and is USB rechargeable with a charging indicator. It is IP67 rated, making it dust-tight and waterproof to 1m for 30 minutes. Additionally, it has been tested for 2m impact resistance.

When mounted on a hard hat, the headlamp sits tight against it and the flood beam is designed to allow for shadow-free operation. This ensures that the headlamp is effective even when worn in conjunction with a hard hat.
